A “BIG” thanks goes out to those of you who took time out of your busy schedules to help create THIS Shade of Jay!

In case you have forgotten, Shade 19 is the combination of book recommendations/explanations we received from subscribers eager to contribute and share the book titles that helped transform or forge THEIR business or life philosophies.

And, the “BIG” thanks is because we received an enormous number of submissions!

As a matter of fact, we had so many submissions we only added book titles that received multiple recommendations to the resulting list. Please don’t be offended if your submission or book insight didn’t make the cut. Even with the cuts the final list has over 500 unique titles! We did our best to consolidate the title/author information and because of the sheer volume apologize for any inaccuracies.

My staff took time and effort to organize these submissions into a format that helps you gain maximum selection advantage. The list is organized alphabetically by book title. And, there are notations by book titles, if they fall in the top 10-20-30% based on how many recommendations they received.

This collection of books is a starter reading list based on your fellow reader’s submissions. Obviously many people have their preferences and favorites, not all of the which will be liked by each and every reader. And, please note that we are not endorsing these titles, merely providing the service of gathering and coordinating the information. We ask you to do your due diligence and research the titles that interest you to see for yourself if the book will provide the insights you are after.

But THIS list, will — hopefully — give you a great springboard to multiply your dynamic knowledge base, (and thus your competitive superiority as well as interpersonal growth,) by orders of magnitude.

You as a group created this impressive list, do now enjoy Shade 19 — and I truly hope you will each pick many books from this list and read at least one a week. Then see how outsized your growth, understanding, and expansive worldview becomes.

-Jay
