Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Dear Jay,

I understand my submission of this form acts as an electronic signature accepting the terms and conditions of purchase. I understand this signature indicates that I am ready, willing, and able to financially commit to this program by choosing a payment preference above. I am committed to being part of this unique group experience which includes a combination of high-performance business growth stratagem, brainstorming, problem-solving, masterminding, idea-generating, accountability, masterful thinking and expert implementation guidance and support.

The process for this group encounter is designed to produce profit increases that far exceed the modest price of participation-assuming of course I act/implement on what I learn from Jay in every session.

There may be an instance or two when I truly cannot participate in one of the sessions throughout the program due to an unavoidable schedule conflict or unforeseen crisis. If that should happen, I know that I will have access to the session recordings to study afterwards so I won’t miss a single breakthrough idea provided and so that I will still be able to complete any homework assigned in a timely manner.

I’m committing to you that I will stay in the program for the full duration.

Finally, I understand and agree that if I apply, execute, and implement these methods for all they’re worth and fail to achieve explosive growth (by at least 10X my investment) to my bottom line and bank account within12 full months, as long as I show you simple real proof that I did my part (applying) and that profits failed to multiply — my participation fee will be on its way back. I accept that any funds I invest in the Bottomline Breakthroughs package are otherwise non-refundable.

By taking the affirmative step of purchasing a product, service or membership, buyer attests to have fully read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Purchase Agreement contract and the Terms of Service, and warrants to the Seller that said affirmative digital acceptance shall be deemed to be the same as if you had affixed your signature to this Purchase Agreement contract.
